According to your topic, actually I don't really understand about those style of English. But the only thing I know is that the difference refers to the dialects of speakers. Don't be confused because it is normal. As normal as we are Indonesian, we have many dialects, right? For example, Javanese will say something the way they do. I mean what we call 'medhok'. In other way, Batak people will say the way they do. Etc...
